Hi there! My name is Brittany and I just recently moved to Chicago. I have worked and learned in food for the last 7 years and I'm excited to get involved in Chicago's food world. I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019, where I studied economics, sustainability, and anthropology, and spent this past year doing AmeriCorps in Spokane, WA teaching cooking classes for people using free food resources. I'm excited to keep growing at the intersection of food, sustainability, and community!
