I created a Limited Worker Cooperative Association (LWCA). I am also looking to create a Qualified Opportunity Zone Business and Qualified Opportunity Fund. I am most interested in how Illinois LWCAs can take advantage of the Offering Exemption in raising equity capital to fund the startup, development and growth of the business specifically via equity crowdfunding. Currently working on a vision/concept to setup a Digital Newspaper Printing and Publishing Center in "The Terminal" in West Humboldt Park when it opens in Spring 2021.
