Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The foundation of building a more resilient, equitable, and healthy food system for Cook County is cooperation! Learn from leaders who are changing what it means to "scale up" and working with their fellow farmers, entrepreneurs, chefs, and innovators to solve problems. Whether it's aggregating produce to feed the community, opening commercial kitchen space access, or building a new worker-owned business, learn from leaders in this session on how they are turning business-as-usual on its head to build community wealth and health.

--
