Relocated to Green Bay WI 1996
Worked at Oneida owned Radisson Inn Green Bay
1998-2002 Chef at Nicky’s Lionhead Tavern DePere, WI
2008 hired on at Oneida Nation School System
2010 Became Food Service Manager
2012-present Food Service Director at ONSS Food Service.
Expanded Farm to School program to include Oneida Raised buffalo and black angus beef.
Began purchases of locally grown fruits and vegetables.
Elected Chair of Oneida Community Integrated Food Systems (OCIFS) in 2018
OCIFS is a group of Oneida Nation members formed to develop strategies for improving the health of our community through education. /////
