Jay is a graduate student at the Illinois Institute of Technology and is working as a Market Research Analyst on the Food Hub Feasibility Study under the guidance of Prof. Weslynne Ashton. He has spent over 5 years of his career as a Strategic Planner in the marketing communications industry where he worked with clients of all sizes from the automotive and consumer goods sectors. In 2019, he began his pursuit of a Master's Degree in Analytics and since then has focused his attention and skills towards his passion for economic justice and environmental sustainability. /////
